A shoulder-friendly chest exercise is an exercise that minimizes strain on the shoulders while effectively targeting the chest muscles. Examples of shoulder-friendly chest exercises include the dumbbell chest press, push-ups with proper form, and the chest fly using cables or resistance bands. These exercises help to reduce the risk of shoulder injuries and allow individuals with shoulder issues to still work their chest muscles effectively. It is important to focus on proper form and technique to ensure the shoulders are not being overworked during these exercises. **

The movie is called "Karate Kid" because the story revolves around the main character learning and practicing karate, not kung fu. The title reflects the central theme of the film, which is the journey of a young boy learning karate from a skilled mentor. Additionally, the title "Karate Kid" has become iconic and is associated with the specific story and characters of the film, making it a recognizable and memorable title. **

To live an environmentally friendly lifestyle, you can start by reducing your use of single-use plastics and opting for reusable alternatives such as water bottles, lunch containers, and shopping bags. You can also conserve energy by turning off lights and electronics when not in use, and by using energy-efficient appliances. When it comes to school supplies, look for items made from recycled materials and choose products that are biodegradable or compostable. Additionally, consider purchasing in bulk to reduce packaging waste and support companies that prioritize sustainability in their production processes. **
